THAT'S IT!!!!

No more. I've had it. To hell with responsibility and being an adult. I want a time-turner. I want to be seven years old again. I want my biggest worry to be whether I have a clean pair of shorts to wear under my uniform so I can hang upside down on the monkey bars. I want to be able to...to...do things like a five year old again! I don't want to job hunt, or worry about realtors and lease agreements and renting trucks for moving or...

Poor dear. Kidhood is not all it's cracked up to be, though. All those stodgy, boring adults telling you what to do EVERY MOMENT and when to eat and when to come in and when to go to bed...

Although... sometimes that still happens, even at this age, LOL!

Except now, we get to say NO! YOU'RE NOT THE BOSS OF ME (ANYMORE!)

See? Maturity.

I know kidhood has issues all of their own (trust me, I remember them all too well), but it's got to be better than being an adult. And my mom is still telling me what to do every second of the day, and all of my efforts never living up to her standards. It drives me freaking batty! I hate it, but even adulthood will not let me escape that one. I wish I could say "NO!" like I did when I was two years old, but alas...;)

Maturity is overrated. *g*
